Thailand’s famous Thai spicy and sour soup with our unique difference “black tiger prawn and coconut cream quenelles” which are cooked with Thai spices and herbs and finished with a generous dash of fresh lime juice

"Siu Mai" steamed dumplings are said to bring good fortune, and eating them is a time-honored traditional way to celebrate any occasion
Artisan Cheese Board (GF)
Featuring our “4” of the best cheeses from soft and mild through to piquant blue, we regularly change the selection to showcase the best available at the time, our cheeses are served with soft fruit chutney, roasted pears drizzled with Moscato, green apples marinated in port wine, Wild flower honey comb
Hand Carved Spanish ‘ Jamon Serrano ’ (GF)
Only the best ‘mountain hams’ are selected, trimmed and cleaned, then stacked and covered with salt for about two weeks in order to draw off excess moisture and preserve the meats, the salt is then washed off and the hams are hung to dry for about six months.
Finally, the hams are hung in a cool, dry place for up to eighteen months, a true divine taste experience
Our antipasto selection includes citrus infused Kalamata olives, grilled marinated vegetables, charcuterie selection of smoked and cured meats, dips and grilled Turkish breads
Rock Oyster bar ®
Add a LIVE ‘ Oyster Bar ’ to your event, they are a delicious and a refreshing addition to any party.
We only use premium live oysters and our options range from all around the world which include, Fine de Claire, Baron Point, Eagle Rock and Calm Cove, ask for our seasonal recommendation.
Minimum order is required of 10 dozen for imported Live Oysters
